Carmen Luz Santelices de la P.

Carmen Luz Santelices de la P. is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Head of Admission and Patient Coordination and as the Chief Nurse for the COVID-19 Patient Follow-up Program at Clínica Alemana de Santiago since January 2009. Santelices has developed and managed programs for the follow-up of COVID-19 positive patients and led training in Basic Life Support and first aid. Additionally, Santelices has experience in teaching first aid related to sports injuries through the Comité Olímpico de Chile and participated in a study on the penal population in Chile while at Universidad del Desarrollo. Prior roles include nursing positions in imaging services and clinical settings, as well as sales representation in a pharmaceutical company. Santelices obtained a nursing degree from Universidad de los Andes in 2002.
