Pablo Perez Castro

Pablo Perez Castro, MD, MPH, CPH, FACS, currently serves as a Thoracic and Lung Transplant Surgeon at Clinica Alemana de Santiago and a Thoracic Surgeon at Hospital San Juan de Dios, while also holding assistant and adjunct professorships at leading universities in Chile. With extensive experience in thoracic surgery and lung transplantation, Pablo completed clinical fellowships at the University of Toronto and conducted research at University Health Network focusing on outcomes in lung cancer and lung perfusion complications. Pablo earned a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Andres Bello, completed a general surgery residency at Universidad de Chile, and is pursuing a Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, specializing in epidemiologic and biostatistical methods.
