Fernando Carrero Bosch

Fernando Carrero Bosch is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including ophthalmology, dental, and aesthetics. Currently serving as the Global HR Director at CLINICA BAVIERA since September 2021, Fernando is a member of the company’s Management Committee. Previously held the title of HR Director at Vivanta Dental and held multiple senior HR roles at Supersol Spain S.L.U., where responsibilities included designing and implementing human resources policies and aligning them with company strategy. Fernando also has a strong background in recruiting, training, and HR development from positions held at Dinosol Supermercados, and served as Labour Relations & Safety and Health Manager at Grupo Vips.
