Alex Cervantes

Alex Cervantes, MPT, CSM has extensive experience in project management and coordination. They began their career at UC Davis Health in 2006, where they worked as a Community Health Project Coordinator and later as a Project Specialist for various research projects. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating and managing research studies focused on asthma and epidemiology in medically underserved areas. In 2016, they joined Clinica Sierra Vista, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Practice Manager, and currently serve as the Project Director. Alex Cervantes, MPT, CSM, holds a range of educational accomplishments. In 2010-2013, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Interdisciplinary Health and Rehabilitative Sciences from California State University, Fresno. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies from the same university between 2005 and 2010. Recently, in 2020, Alex earned a Project Management Certification from Caltech. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2021 and Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) in 2020.
