Prior experience includes serving as a Business Systems Analyst II at National General Insurance, where Jess facilitated communication among compliance, end-users, and developers for system updates, as well as roles at Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank specializing in risk assessment and management. Additional experience encompasses various positions in the service industry, including management and customer service at Dippin' Dots and Starbucks. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2016-2018).
