Stefanie Watts

Stefanie Watts is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Systems and Transformation Manager at Clinical Partners since January 2023. In this role, Stefanie leads the delivery of a human-led and tech-powered HR function, focusing on operational excellence and overseeing various HR transformation workstreams, including system configuration and data accuracy. Prior to this, Stefanie held multiple roles at West Berkshire Council from March 2007 to January 2023, advancing from HR Assistant to Talent Acquisition Manager, with experience as an HR Officer, Recruitment Team Leader, and Project Manager. Stefanie completed education at Bracknell & Wokingham College between 2011 and 2012.
