Priscilla Beal

Priscilla Beal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in healthcare and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Realization at Genentech, Priscilla leads global teams to advance beyond-molecule products in Roche’s Pharma Personalized Health Care organization. In addition, Priscilla holds key positions as Vice Chair of the Keystone Space Collaborative and Chair of Women's Health Tech at HITLAB. Previous experience includes significant roles at Bayer, where Priscilla spearheaded IT partnerships and digital health initiatives, and early project management positions with NASA, ensuring project success through innovative methodologies. Priscilla Beal holds a Master of Arts in Art History from Richmond, The American International University in London, and a Bachelor of Arts in History with an Art History Minor from UC Santa Barbara.
