Marc Wartenberger

Marc Wartenberger has over 10 years of experience in the Quality Assurance and Compliance field. In 2021, they began their current role as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at snapIoT. Prior to this, they worked at Clinical Ink from 2011 to 2021, where they held various roles, including Sr. Manager of Corporate Compliance & Quality, Quality Operations Manager, Corporate Quality Analyst, Manager of Study Quality, Lead Study Quality Analyst, Clinical Software Analyst, and Quality Assurance Tester (Independent Contractor). In their role as Corporate Quality Analyst, they were responsible for Clinical Ink's Quality Management System and maintaining quality metrics for trending and analysis. Marc also coordinated and facilitated training on QA related topics within the organization, and acted as an internal consultant to the organization in providing support and guidance to functional departments and groups. In 2022, they will begin their role as Director of Corporate QA and Compliance at CRIO, where they will be responsible for initiating and implementing quality improvement activities across the organization to raise the performance of CRIO's products and services, and will be the central contact for all interactions with customer and regulatory agency auditors / inspectors.

Marc Wartenberger received their BS in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2009. Marc also holds a Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in August 2014, and a Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ, obtained in June 2016. Marc has also taken courses through Coursera.
