Melody Golson

Ms. Golson has the responsibility for the overall strategic direction of the human resources department. This includes coordinating and implementing a recruiting plan to identify, recruit and maintain quality personnel, training and developing our staff to meet ever changing client needs, and driving engagement initiatives. She brings more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience in healthcare and other industries. Her background includes employee relations, recruitment, leave management, employee development and leading organizational change.

Ms. Golson received her Masters of Business Administration from Regis University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Denver. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Professionals and also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Ms. Golson’s goal is to align HR strategies to organizational goals and build trust with managers and employees to create a positive work environment and increased organizational effectiveness.
