Namrata Gill

Namrata Gill is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on strategic HR leadership across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since February 2015, Namrata leads global HR initiatives for the API and APSL business, overseeing various global centers of excellence including rewards, digital HR, and talent management. Previously, Namrata held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Mahindra & Mahindra, where responsibilities included HR strategy design and predictive analytics for a workforce of 12,000. Additional roles include Senior General Manager of Organizational Development and Talent Management at Philips NXP Semiconductors, and Senior HR Manager positions at ITC InfoTech India Ltd. Namrata holds an MTech in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and a B Tech in Electronics from Panjab University.
