Audrey Bowden

Audrey Bowden has a wealth of experience in the revenue cycle field. Audrey began their career in 2006 as a Coder and Appeals Specialist at Big Thumb Network Consulting. In 2007, they moved to Matrix Healthcare Management Solutions as a Follow-Up Manager. In 2010, they served as a Consultant at Accretive Health. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Billing Manager of Professional Services at Sisters of Charity Health System. During this time, they developed and implemented mechanisms and controls to ensure appropriate billing and payment cycles, and accurate and timely billing. Audrey then moved to Aris Radiology as a Revenue Cycle Manager, where they applied their analytical skills to develop and execute new and advanced policies and processes for the revenue cycle department. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Revenue Cycle Leader at Barnesville Hospital, where they leveraged their leadership capabilities for leading and streamlining all routine activities, including staff management, billing, coding, financial counseling, cashier, and charge entry while acting as a Patient Access Manager for registration and central scheduling. Currently, they are a Revenue Cycle Account Manager at Clinic Anywhere.

Audrey Bowden began their educational journey at Archbishop Hoban High School, from 1978 to 1982. Audrey then attended Kent State University from 1982 to 1986, where they studied accounting. In 2003, they received their CPC (Certified Professional Coder) from Stark State College. Finally, in 2009 they obtained their MCMC (Medical Compliance) from the Association of Medical Compliance.
