Tim Hagel

Tim Hagel serves as the Director for Youth Conservation Corps, focusing on providing work opportunities in wild-land trails and fuel management while equipping young adults and teens with essential job skills. Concurrently, Tim Hagel works in gang intervention with Safe Passage Youth Foundation, implementing strategies to reduce crime and violence among high-risk youth through collaboration with various community systems. Additionally, Tim Hagel holds board director positions at Los Robles Hospital, Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc., and Play Conejo, where the missions revolve around enhancing healthcare access and supporting vulnerable children. Tim Hagel has an extensive law enforcement background, having served as Chief of Police for the City of Thousand Oaks and the City of Fillmore, as well as in various leadership roles within the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, including Sheriff’s Commander and management of major crime investigations.
