Ranell O'Kane

Ranell O'Kane has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. They began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Orange City Area Health System in 2014 and then worked as a Telepsychiatrist's Assistant at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Ranell joined SullivanCotter as a Participant Support Specialist, where they provided participant support to gather comprehensive total compensation data from various organizations. They were a part of the Center for Information, Analytics, and Insights, contributing to the comprehensive compensation and workforce performance surveys in the United States. They held this role until October 2019 when they transitioned to the position of Data Quality Analyst I. Later, in October 2021, they were promoted to the role of Data Quality Analyst II, which they held until June 2022.

Currently, Ranell works at Clinician Nexus as a Data Quality Analyst II starting from June 2022. They were promoted to the position of Data Quality Analyst III in January 2023.

Ranell O'Kane attended Northwestern College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
