Mark O'Neal

Mark O'Neal has extensive experience as a Sr. Software Engineer and Tech Lead. Mark started their career at Wellsource, Inc. in 1988, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst II. Mark was responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting localized client-server Health Risk Appraisal and Wellness applications. Mark also implemented software quality standards, reduced development time, and implemented the company's first local area network.

After their tenure at Wellsource, Mark joined Informedics Inc. in 1993 as a Sr. Software Engineer. Here, they performed software design, methodology documentation, and engineering on various medical software systems. Mark also played a key role in transitioning from DOS/Novell BTreive application to Windows VB/SQL Server.

In 1997, Mark moved to Moda Health, where they continued their work as a Sr. Software Engineer. Mark utilized Agile Scrum methodology to develop and maintain commercial software solutions for dentists. Mark provided insight and direction to integrate the latest technology into existing and new features, aiming to deliver the best solutions while minimizing costs.

In 2016, Mark joined Clinicient as a Sr. Software Engineer and Tech Lead. Mark carried out similar responsibilities as their previous roles, focusing on software development and providing technical leadership.

Most recently, in 2022, Mark started working at WebPT as a Sr. Software Engineer and Tech Lead.

Mark O'Neal obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
