Anastasia Kalpakidou

Anastasia Kalpakidou, PhD, is a distinguished lecturer at the School of Psychology of Metropolitan College since October 2023. Concurrently, Anastasia serves as a Senior Program Manager at Clinigen Group, overseeing Managed Access Programs and ensuring compliance with established protocols. With a long-standing affiliation with UCL since May 2015, Anastasia has held multiple roles, including Honorary Research Fellow, Post-doctoral Research Fellow, and Research Fellow/Clinical Trial Manager, contributing to significant studies in palliative care and anxiety disorders. Previous experience includes managing early-phase clinical trials at Richmond Pharmacology, and conducting research at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, where contributions to the NEWMEDS project were notable. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Neuroscience, an MSc in Neuroscience, and a BSc in Physiotherapy.
