Dries De Doncker has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Dries is currently serving as the Vice President of Sourcing and Procurement at Clinigen since September 2022. Prior to this, Dries held various leadership positions at Medtronic UK & Ireland, including Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement EMEA from February 2021 to September 2022, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager Europe from May 2018 to February 2021. Dries also worked at NHS Supply Chain - DHL as the Head of Implementation and Change Management from January 2016 to April 2018, and as the Customer Supply Chain Solutions Manager from July 2014 to December 2015. Dries gained valuable experience at DHL Supply Chain, where they served as the Value Creation and Solutions Design Manager from June 2013 to June 2014, and as the Solutions Design Manager from June 2012 to May 2013. Dries started their career as a Supply Chain Consultant at Logistics Sense Ltd from August 2011 to June 2012. Before that, Dries held roles at 3t Logistics as the Senior Logistics Solutions Manager from April 2009 to August 2011, and as the Senior Logistics Analyst from March 2007 to March 2009. Dries began their career at Suttons International as the Team Leader Operations & Planning from July 2002 to January 2007, and as an Account Manager at Procter & Gamble from September 2000 to June 2002. With this diverse work experience, Dries has developed strong expertise in driving efficiency and success across various supply chain operations.

Dries De Doncker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Distribution, Transport, Logistics, business management from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen between 1997 and 2000. In 2021, they also received a certification in "Crafting Strategic Visual Stories" from The Presentation Company.
