Vandana Bakshi

Vandana Bakshi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vandana started their career as a CSR at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., where they provided technical troubleshooting for DSL internet connectivity. After that, they worked as a Consultant at CAPntel Executive Search, specializing in search and selection of executive and senior management teams in the IT industry. Vandana then joined ABC Consultants as a Consultant, focusing on search and selection of executive and senior management teams in the engineering and manufacturing industry.

Following that, Vandana worked as the Practice Lead for engineering, process, and infrastructure at Ikya Human Capital Solutions. Vandana then became the Practice Lead for recruitment at Adecco, India, and later worked as a Principal Consultant for recruitments at Adecco.

In 2018, Vandana joined Sollers as an Admissions Manager, overseeing admissions processes. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at Clinilabs. Vandana'srole involves finding suitable candidates for various positions within the company.

Vandana Bakshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University. Vandana also has a Diploma in Management from ICFAI. In 2020, they enrolled in a Graduate Certificate Program in Clinical Trial Management at Sollers College, specializing in Clinical Research. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in November 2022.
