Caroline Francois

Caroline Francois has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies.

Caroline began their career in 2002 at AZ KLINA as a Clinical Lab technician, where they performed analysis and exams in the hematology, biochemistry, and serology department. In 2007, they took on additional responsibilities for the implementation of a new LIS system, GLIMS-MIPS, including educating the lab staff.

In 2008, Caroline joined MIPS as a Project Engineer, responsible for managing LIS implementation projects in clinical laboratories. Caroline later transitioned into the role of Senior Project and Account Manager, where they served as the single point of contact for clients, managing their questions and issues.
