Kimberly Ray

Program Manager - Services at CliniSys

Kimberly Ray has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. From 2010 onwards, they worked at Clinisys, starting as a Professional Services Consultant from May 2010 to June 2012, where they provided solutions adoption management. Kimberly then served as the Manager of Project Management from January 2013 to January 2016, overseeing project management activities. Subsequently, Kimberly took on the role of Programme Manager from January 2016 to January 2020, managing various programs. Kimberly recently held the position of a Program Manager - Services, starting in January 2020 until the current time.

Prior to their time at Clinisys, Kimberly started their career at Inland Northwest Blood Center in May 1996. Throughout their tenure at the company, they held the position of a CIS Technical Analyst for a remarkable fourteen years, until May 2010. In this role, they played a significant role in the development of validation strategies for the BBCS system and provided training and support for the product. Kimberly also took the lead in implementing high-level projects, collaborating with cross-organizational teams.

Kimberly Ray's education history includes obtaining a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global. Prior to that, they attended Trinity Lutheran School of Medical Technology, where they studied Medical Technology. Additionally, Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, General from Colorado State University.

In terms of additional certifications, they have completed the "Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks" course from LinkedIn in April 2020. Kimberly also holds a certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Furthermore, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
