Sterling Mumford began their work experience in 2005 with the State of Vermont, where they served as a Night Supervisor/Scanner. Sterling'sresponsibilities included scanning 20,000 documents daily and completing assigned office responsibilities and nightly reports.

In 2005, they also joined Icon Health and Fitness as a Team Supervisor. In this role, they set up a new program for a team of operators working from home and supervised and managed the operators on their team.

From 2007 to 2011, Mumford worked at Ferguson Enterprises, starting as an Assistant Operations Manager and later becoming the Warehouse Manager. As the Warehouse Manager, they led a team of 25 in various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and delivering material to customers. Sterling'sleadership increased productivity and morale within the warehouse.

Since 2012, Mumford has been working at Clinisys. Sterling initially joined as a Professional Services Consultant, where they played a key role in managing the impact of technology implementation to optimize revenue cycle and clinical work processes. Sterling analyzed business and client processes to integrate and align applications to CoPath standards and client's needs. Sterling also resolved customer concerns and compatibility matters.

More recently, Mumford transitioned to the role of Customer Service Support Manager at Clinisys. In this role, they oversee the customer service support operations and addresses customer concerns to ensure smooth installation, operation, maintenance, and product application.

Sterling Mumford began their education in 2001 at the College of Eastern Utah, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree. Sterling studied there until 2005. In the year 2005, Sterling Mumford enrolled at Utah State University, focusing on Operations Management. Sterling completed their studies at Utah State University in 2007.
