Yael Merzer

Yael Merzer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yael is currently working as a Senior HR Manager at Clinisys since February 2023. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager - Western Europe at Enghouse Interactive from February 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Global HR Manager at CyberProof from June 2021 to February 2022. Yael also has experience working at Qlik as a Culture & Talent Business Partner from March 2019 to June 2021. Yael started their career at Amdocs, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner from April 2018 to March 2019, HR Employee Relations Expert from January 2016 to April 2018, and HR Services Specialist from October 2014 to December 2015. Prior to their HR roles, Yael worked as a Mortgage Consultant at Bank Leumi from September 2008 to January 2010 and as an Event & Meeting Coordinator at Hilton Tel Aviv from August 2002 to February 2008.

Yael Merzer earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, spanning from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications as an MBTI practitioner step I and Step II from The Myers-Briggs Company in April 2020.
