Jean-Marc Lemonnier

Jean-Marc Lemonnier currently serves as the Head of People & Culture Global Operations at the World Economic Forum, focusing on executing compliant and efficient HR operations globally. Prior to this role, Lemonnier was the HR Operations Manager at BOBST, overseeing HR policies and payroll during a digital transformation. At GSK, responsibilities included managing HR administration and payroll for over 1,200 employees, as well as serving as an HR Business Partner for multiple departments. Lemonnier’s earlier experience includes roles at Novartis in learning and supply chain management, as well as positions at Louis Vuitton where Lean Manufacturing practices were implemented. Academically, Lemonnier holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Specialist certification in Human Resources Management.
