Bakhyt Weeks has been working in the industry since 2003 when they started as an Analyst at Analysys Mason. Bakhyt then moved on to GlobalData Plc in 2007 as an EMEA Analyst, where they conducted telecoms research, forecasting and analytics in the EMEA region. In 2010, they joined BW Analytics as a Telecoms Analyst/Writer. Five years later, in 2015, they became the Proprietor of Special Little Shop. In 2018, they returned to BW Analytics as a Digital Marketing Consultant. In 2021, they joined Clinked.com as the Head of Growth, and in 2022 they became a Member of Reforge.

Bakhyt Weeks holds a Master of Philosophy - MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, a CIM Award in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Colorado Denver. In addition, Weeks has obtained certifications from Reforge in Monetization and Pricing (October 2022), Product Strategy (August 2022), and Growth Series (May 2022). Weeks has also obtained certifications from Google in Advanced Google Analytics (May 2018) and AdWords Search Certification (May 2017), as well as an Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy.
