Jane Rodgers

Jane Rodgers has a diverse work experience in nonprofit organizations, with a focus on youth development. Jane currently holds the position of NVP & Partnerships & Growth Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they are responsible for developing and implementing partnership opportunities to advance the organization's movement. Jane also served as the National Director of New Business Development in the same organization.

Before joining the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Jane worked as the Executive Director of the Washington Football Team Charitable Foundation, where they successfully increased the organization's capacity to positively impact the lives of children in the surrounding community.

Jane also gained significant experience at the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, where they started as a Director and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations. During their time there, they played a key role in growing the foundation into a national nonprofit organization.

Earlier in their career, Jane worked at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the Senior Director of Government Relations, where they secured over $40M in federal funding and raised awareness of the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs across the United States. Jane also served as a Regional Service Director within the same organization, providing guidance and training to clubs across the Southeast Region.

Jane's professional experience also includes a role at the Bureau of Naval Personnel, where they were the Head of the Community Recreation Section. In this position, they were responsible for managing and funding the Navy's Community Recreation Programs, including youth and school-age care.
