Jessica Mullen

Jess Mullen is Director of Influence and Communications at Clinks. She leads Clinks’ highly regarded and active influencing and promotion of the role of the voluntary sector working criminal justice. Jess is also Clinks’ strategic lead on tackling race inequality in the criminal justice system. Since Jess joined Clinks in 2012 she has worked across the organisation in various areas including leading and authoring the Young Review into improving outcomes for young black and Muslim men in the CJS, leading our area development team and work to facilitate engagement between the sector and police and crime commissioners and activity to support the sector to evidence its impact.
