T. Alex Beres

T. Alex Beres currently serves as the Executive Director of the Clinton County Port Authority, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the authority and Wilmington Air Park. Beres has extensive experience in economic development and infrastructure finance, having held positions at the U.S. Department of Transportation and Franklin County, where significant contributions included implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the creation of an Affordable Housing Framework. Previous roles encompass leadership in public finance at ms consultants, inc., and various capacities within Franklin County and Huron County Development Council. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Government from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Ashland University.
