Kimberly Kinblom has a total work experience of 11 years. Kimberly started their career at Tarbell Management Group in October 2010 and worked there as an Assistant Director of Human Resources until November 2011. Kimberly then took on the role of Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for overseeing recruitment, retention, employment training, event coordination, compliance, and payroll and benefit management. In February 2014, they left Tarbell Management Group and joined Clinton County as the Personnel Director. In May 2020, they were promoted to the position of Personnel Director/Deputy County Administrator.

Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2008.
