Ilana Weisman

Ilana Weisman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in admissions and project management. Currently serving as the Special Projects Manager at the Clinton Foundation since September 2022, Weisman is responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding of undergraduate and graduate Fellows at the Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U), while also leading social media engagement and mass communications. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Duke University, where Weisman held various roles, including Assistant Director, overseeing the evaluation of over 2,000 applications annually, managing a team of 13, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion training. Earlier roles at Duke include Senior Admissions Officer and Admissions Officer, with responsibilities in application evaluation and volunteer program coordination. Weisman holds a Master of Arts from Duke University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies and Political Science from Duke University.
