Arika Garg has extensive experience in the health sector, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the COO at Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., where previous roles include Associate Director, Diagnostics, Senior Manager, Diagnostics, Manager, Diagnostics, and Senior Associate, Vaccines. Prior to this role, Arika worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company from 2016 to 2018 and served as a Research Analyst and Research Assistant in Public Health at NORC at the University of Chicago from 2011 to 2014. Arika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature and Women's & Gender Studies from Carleton College.
