Katherine LeBlanc has extensive experience in library services, currently holding the position of Head of Customer Care at Clinton-Macomb Public Library since April 2003, where responsibilities have included System Administrator and Customer Care Manager roles, among others. Prior to this, Katherine served as a Circulation Assistant at Troy Public Library from 2011 to January 2015, contributing to customer service and library operations throughout a progressive career in the library sector.
