Clinton Hill Community and Early Childhood Center, Inc. (CHCECC, Inc.) is a human service oriented organization, committed to the growth and development of early learners. We are located in the Clinton Hill section of the South Ward in Newark, NJ. The core nature of our organization focuses on building a strong, solid foundation for children to learn the basic skills they needed to succeed in the elementary grades.
