Alison Pearce

Alison Pearce is a seasoned marketing and events professional with extensive experience in driving community engagement and executing successful marketing strategies within various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Events Manager at Clio since September 2024, Alison leads efforts to enhance the Clio Cloud Conference by increasing registrations and achieving revenue goals. Prior to this role, Alison was the Program Manager for Community, Events & Marketing at R-LABS Canada Inc. and the Senior Program Manager for Events & Experiences at Reddit, where Alison orchestrated community events to foster user engagement. With a solid foundation in event management established during tenure as Community Engagement Manager at Creative Commons and earlier work with the Girl Guides of Canada, Alison has honed skills in coordinating large-scale events and managing diverse teams. Alison holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and has furthered education in digital marketing.
