Christopher Yeh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher began their career as a Student Research Assistant at the UBC Psychobiology Lab in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at both the UBC Vision and Cognition Lab and the UBC Emotion and Self Lab, where they conducted studies on visual search and emotion.

In 2010, Yeh took on the role of Administrative Assistant at West Coast Doctors of Optometry, assisting a team of doctors in providing primary-care eyecare services. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the Centre for Molecular Medicine and Therapeutics, conducting various lab tasks and data entry.

Yeh then transitioned into the field of consulting, starting with their role as a Consultant at Enactus, where they worked on a project focused on financial literacy for financially distressed parents. In 2012, they joined the Houghton Consulting Group as a Consultant, providing strategic recommendations for a German ecommerce furniture firm entering the UK market.

In 2012, Yeh gained experience in the recruitment field as a Recruitment Assistant Intern at Adecco Employment Services. Christopher then joined Goldbeck Recruiting Inc. in 2013 as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, contributing to executive search efforts across various industries.

In 2014, Yeh joined Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, a SaaS technology company, where they held various roles in talent acquisition and development. Christopher began as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and then progressed to become a Talent Development Specialist, Manager of Talent Development, and ultimately Senior Manager of Talent Acceleration. In 2017, they assumed the role of Manager of Talent, with additional responsibilities as a business partner for the Product team. Christopher later became the Director of Learning and Development, leading initiatives to enhance employee learning and growth. Finally, in 2022, Yeh became the Director of People Strategic Execution, overseeing strategic execution related to workforce planning and development at Clio.

Through their work experiences, Yeh has gained expertise in talent management, learning and development, recruitment, and strategic consulting.

Christopher Yeh has a diverse education history. Christopher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organisational and Social Psychology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Following their master's degree, Christopher obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Simon Fraser University in 2013. In the same year, they also acquired a certification in Gamification from Coursera. In 2017, they participated in Art of Hosting training.

Christopher further enhanced their coaching skills by attending the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Co-Active Coaching. As a result, they became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

In terms of additional certifications, Christopher earned the Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation from CPHR BC & Yukon in 2016. Christopher also obtained the Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci and the Certified OKR Professional certification from OKRsTraining.com in 2022.
