Farah Imrana M. has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Student Ambassador at the University of Toronto. In this role, they helped first-year students navigate their academic and extracurricular activities.

In January 2020, they also obtained a certification in G Suite Administration from Google. Additionally, Farah has an additional certification in MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
