Katie Koleszar

Katie Koleszar has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Katie is currently working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, where they started in 2020. Their roles at Clio include Senior Director of Employee Success and Director of Employee Success. Before joining Clio, Katie worked at BCLC from 2016 to 2020, serving as Manager of Talent Management and Strategic HR Business Partner, among other roles. Prior to that, they worked at New Gold Inc. as a Human Resources Supervisor from 2011 to 2016. Katie also gained experience at CHEP as a Human Resources Generalist in 2008 and at LexisNexis as a Human Resources Assistant in 2007. Overall, Katie has a strong background in HR management and employee success.

Katie Koleszar attended the Australian Catholic University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources. In addition to their degree, Katie has obtained several certifications. In December 2012, they became a Certified Professional - Human Resource (CPHR) through CPHR BC & Yukon. In April 2012, they also completed the PI Behavioural Assessment Analyst certification through The Predictive Index. Katie furthered their professional development by obtaining a Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP) certification and a Korn Ferry 360 Certification in August 2015, both from Korn Ferry. In March 2017, they obtained a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Most recently, in February 2020, they obtained the EQ-i 2.0 & 360 certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).
