Niamh Pollak

Niamh Pollak serves as Vice President Legal and Head Of Legal at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters. Prior to Clio, Niamh Pollak held the role of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at T2 Systems from 2010 to 2019, managing legal affairs across North America and serving as Secretary to the Board. Niamh Pollak's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Clark Wilson LLP specializing in intellectual property and business law, and as a Solicitor at McCann FitzGerald Solicitors, also focusing on business law and intellectual property, with additional in-house experience at Railway Procurement Agency. Niamh Pollak's educational background includes degrees from University College Dublin, University of Ottawa, and a Mini MBA for Corporate Counsel from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, alongside certifications in legal German from Goethe-Institut Ireland and qualifications from the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of British Columbia.
