Rosalynn Chong

Rosalynn Chong began their work experience in 2004 as a Software Testing Engineer at OSI Geospatial. From 2006 to 2006, they worked as a Research Intern at NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation). In 2007, they joined Vision Critical as a Programmer, where they enhanced the company's flagship product and increased team productivity. From 2009 to 2010, Rosalynn served as a Software Engineer at Vision Critical, designing and implementing internal applications.

In 2010, Rosalynn joined Snipp Interactive as a Senior Software Developer, where they designed and maintained a suite of WebAPIs. Rosalynn then took on the role of Software Development Manager for the Loyalty and Rewards Product, leading a team and delivering client projects and product enhancements. As a Senior Software Development Manager, Rosalynn introduced agile methodologies and facilitated communication between project management and development teams. In 2018, they became the Director of Software Development for the Loyalty and Rewards Product at Snipp Interactive, where they communicated with dev leads, provided training to other teams, and contributed to the company's vision.

Since 2019, Rosalynn has been working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Rosalynn started as a Development Manager and was promoted to Senior Development Manager in 2022.

Rosalynn Chong pursued their education at The University of British Columbia from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
