Growth (crm) Analyst

The role:

We are looking for a Growth (CRM) Analyst to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech. S/he will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to  enhance their product-marketing process and build long-lasting customer relationships by delivering, tracking and optimizing the teams’ communication messaging intended to increase conversion, retention and loyalty.

Through this role, s/he will be collaborating with several teams (Brand, Performance, Product and Data Science) to develop engagement & retention strategies that mainly rely on marketing automation (CRM/inbound channels). Most of the communication strategies you will develop will help engage our customers along their lifecycle journey by using triggers, user data and personalization. 

What will I do?

1. CRM Platform Management: Utilize CRM platform to optimize customer interactions and maintain and update customer databases.

2. Data Analysis: Provide simple insights and recommendations to enhance customer engagement and optinize automation strategies

3. Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports to teams, summarizing key performance indicators and campaigns’ performance.

4. Collaboration: Be able to work and prioritize tasks with multiple teams, be proactive to constantly improve Growth team’s impact on engagement and retention and Design, develop, and experiment with software programs using a diverse range of technologies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Use of analytics tools such as : Google Analytics, Amplitude, or other tracking platform.  (Nice to have)
• Use of CRM platforms such as Braze, Clevertap, Husbpot, Salesforce.
• Expertise in inbound communications (email, push, in-app, whatsapp, etc)
• Will to defy status quo and naturally look for the extra mile
• Good spelling (Spanish). English is a plus.
