The Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to be part of this amazing and fast-growing Fintech. She / He will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating, and implementing sourcing strategies for locally administered categories, following the process tools, templates, and policies. The ideal Candidate must guarantee the efficient implementation of new or changing articles / services, the management of channels and of new suppliers.

She /He will act as project leader in supplier negotiations, driving the best results for the organization, analyzing innovation and market trends, considering best practices in the industry.

What will I be doing?

• Supplier Scouting, Screening & Due diligence,  evaluation through one of the regular procurement processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP)

• Supplier database and Spend management strategy

• Lead Negotiation (act as project manager) and review commercial conditions  on contract.

• Analysis of price trends and market conditions

• Process Improvement of Procurement flows, guidelines and policies.

• Drive procurement policy adoption and best practices, continuous training of the purchasing process with stakeholders

• Experience managing Indirect Spend, such as Marketing and Sales, HR Services, Finance, Facilities and some Operations categories

• Escalate and resolve stakeholder critical incidents in regards of PO´s and Contracts

• Attention to internal and external audit requirements.

• Reporting main metrics KPI´s, ATF´s, Savings

Ideal Candidate 

• Bachelor of Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, related

• 4 -5 years of proven experience in similar role

• Advanced English (Desirable)

• Advanced Excel

• ERP knowledge, Netsuite is a plus.
