Daniela Medina

Daniela Medina has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and responsibilities. Daniela began their career as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Clip in July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel, conducting competency-based interviews, and posting job vacancies. Daniela then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Analyst in January 2018, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate search, competency-based interviews, and offer closure, while also interacting with stakeholders to determine hiring needs.

Daniela further honed their skills by taking on the role of Culture & Communication Specialist in March 2019. In this position, they conducted employee engagement surveys to improve the work environment, implemented mental health and wellness strategies, and contributed to the development of the organization's cultural strategy.

Continuing their growth within Clip, Daniela assumed the position of Development & Talent Performance Jr. Manager in November 2020. Here, they designed and implemented performance evaluation methodologies, conducted leadership skills development modules, and introduced 360-degree feedback processes. Daniela is currently employed as a People Business Partner, starting in February 2022, where their responsibilities are not specified.

Before joining Clip, Daniela gained teaching experience as a Teacher Assistant at The Wingate School from August 2016 to July 2017.

Daniela Medina attended Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Sur from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. Daniela also studied at Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, A.C. during the same time period. In November 2020, they obtained an International Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Community.
