Manuel san Juan

Manuel San Juan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Manuel started their career as the Coordinator of the Tourism department for Hector Yunes Landa's campaign for Governor. Manuel then transitioned to become the Director General of the Association of Hotels and Motels of Xalapa, where they managed over 90 hotels in the central region of Veracruz. In this role, they were responsible for training programs and represented the region in the Veracruz Accommodation 2% Trust.

Afterwards, Manuel worked as a Sales Manager at PSAV, where they handled corporate events and consulted with meeting planners and creative agencies. Manuel then joined OYO México as a Business Development Manager, prospecting, negotiating, and signing consulting contracts with hotels. Manuel excelled in this role and was recognized as one of the top sales consultants in the company. Manuel also served as the Sales Operations Manager for Veracruz and Chiapas, developing commercial strategies and implementing B2B strategies for potential clients.

Following that, Manuel joined KAO Hoteles as the Regional Business Development Lead, overseeing commercial growth and business development in their region. Manuel focused on ensuring progressive customer growth and generating value for each client.

Currently, Manuel works at Clip as a Merchant Acquisition Manager. In this position, they lead a commercial team, ensuring they meet acquisition goals and prospect businesses within their segment to achieve expected sales volumes. Manuel also focuses on promoting good practices, teamwork, and facilitating a consultative sales process for their team.

Manuel San Juan started their education journey in 2009 and completed their degree in LICENCIADO EN ADMINISTRACIÓN DE EMPRESAS TURÍSTICAS with a focus on administration and management of businesses at Universidad Anáhuac Veracruz in 2013. In the same year, they pursued a short-term program, Diplomatura, specializing in Protocol and International Negotiation at the same university. In 2017, Manuel San Juan enrolled in a pre-certification program in Convention Services Management at PCMA.
