Emmanuel Offem

Emmanuel Offem has worked in various roles since 2015. In 2021, they began working at Clipboard Health as a Customer Success - Terms Specialist and Customer Support Professional. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Founder of GrillX, an on-demand, customer-focused catering service. Theirresponsibilities included ensuring client satisfaction, creating new recipes, and more. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Smile Communications Nigeria Limited as a Brand Ambassador and Customer Service and Sales Associate. Theirresponsibilities included demonstrating and communicating an in-depth knowledge of Smile's brand, products and services, utilizing problem-solving skills to guide customers through processes and procedures, and marketing and selling new and existing products to customers.

Emmanuel Offem obtained a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Benin between 2012 and 2014. Emmanuel then continued their education at the National Open University of Nigeria, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2021.
