Eric Esten

Eric Esten has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as an Italian Language Intern at the Library of Congress. In 2015, they were a Dean's Intern at Wheaton College Advising and an Independent Researcher at the National Library of Ireland. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Math and ELA Teacher at Uncommon Schools, followed by a role as a Graduate Intern at the Harvard Ed Portal in 2019. In 2020, they were a Director of Operations Fellow at Uncommon Schools before becoming Head of Operations at Mote in 2021. Eric is currently the Sales Operations Manager at Clipboard Health.

Eric Esten attended Maumee Valley Country Day School from 2007 to 2012. Eric then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English Literature at Wheaton College Massachusetts, graduating in 2016. In 2014 and 2015, they studied English Literature at the University of Oxford. In 2019, they graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Education with a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management.
