Hannah Kim is currently the Chief of Staff at Clipboard Health. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Centerview Partners from March 2019 to March 2021. There, they were responsible for the $1.6bn sale of Portola Pharmaceuticals to Alexion Pharmaceuticals and the $304mm acquisition of Iota Biosciences by Astellas. From June 2017 to February 2019, Hannah worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Jaffray, where they were responsible for the $1.8bn sale of Schwan's Company to CJ Foods, the $100mm sale of ThisisL to P&G, the $325mm acquisition of Barteca by DFRG, the $104mm follow-on offering for DFRG, and the divestiture of Sullivan's Steakhouse from DFRG. Prior to their work in investment banking, Hannah interned at Kamylon Holdings in private equity from September 2015 to December 2015 and at Diamond Capital Advisors in investment banking from May 2015 to August 2015.

Hannah Kim attended Babson College, where they studied finance and strategic management. Hannah then spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Freiburg.
