Jennalyn Ocampo has worked in the customer service industry since 2007. Jennalyn began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Access Worldwide before moving to E*TRADE in 2008. At E*TRADE, they worked as a Financial Services Representative and then as a Team Lead. In 2018, they were promoted to AVP/Manager at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley, where they were responsible for overseeing team performance, providing training and mentorship, and auditing calls for Quality Assurance. In 2022, they took on the role of Marketplace Ops Manager at Clipboard Health.

Jennalyn Ocampo attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2002 to 2006. Jennalyn has also obtained four certifications from FINRA: Securities Industry Essencials in October 2018, General Securities Principal Examination (Supervisory Exam) in July 2011, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination in July 2008, and General Securities in June 2008.
