Sarah Gray

Sarah Gray has worked in a variety of roles related to People Operations since 2015. Sarah began their career at The Summit Church as a People & Program Associate, where they scaled leadership pipelines and training programs to accommodate organizational growth. In 2018, Sarah worked as a People Operations Consultant for WIP Creatives, where they created SOPs, training guides, and team handbooks. Sarah also managed the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit. That same year, Sarah worked as a Training & Development Strategist for IMB (International Mission Board), where they built and facilitated 50+ trainings for groups ranging from 5-100 people and conducted organizational SWOT analysis and engagement initiatives. In 2020, Sarah began working at Horizon Productions as an Operations & HR Manager, where they reported directly to the CEO/ Founder to strategize cross-functionally to streamline internal operations. Sarah also designed new value-based employee onboarding, training, and retention processes, and led ongoing employee engagement strategies and recruitment initiatives. Currently, Sarah is an Onboarding Manager at Clipboard Health, where they manage all aspects of the new hire experience and assists in a wide range of strategies and executions for the People Operations function.

Sarah Gray attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In April 2020, they obtained a Global Career Counselor certification from UCLA Extension, and in October 2021, they obtained a People Analytics certification from Coursera.
