Guy Jackson

Guy Jackson is the Group Head of Legal at Clipper Logistics. Guy has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, specializing in M&A, equity capital markets, and private equity. Prior to joining Clipper Logistics, Guy was a partner at DWF LLP, where they focused on corporate finance law. Guy has also served as the head of business services and corporate partner at Cobbetts LLP and as a solicitor at Simpson Curtis.

Guy Jackson attended the University of Glamorgan, where they earned an LLB Hons in Law. Guy also attended Britannia Royal Naval College, where they became a helicopter pilot for the Fleet Air Arm. Lastly, they attended Ashlyns School Berkhamsted.

They are on a team with Martin O’grady - Chief Operating Officer, Stewart Potts - Senior Operations Director, and Paul Thirkell - Senior Operations Director. Guy Jackson reports to Tony Mannix, Chief Executive Officer.
