Arden Budding has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career at Adobe in 2014 as a Digital Marketing Customer Care Knowledge Author, where they designed and maintained knowledge-base material for customer service and technical documentation. In 2018, they interned as a Legal Manager at Rookie Entertainment, working with small companies in event management and artist representation. They also handled legal documents and helped create business plans. From 2017 to 2018, Arden worked as a Barista at Starbucks, earning recognition for exceptional customer service and sales. During this time, they also served as Vice President of ESN Haarlem at Erasmus Student Network, organizing events and managing finances for international students. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Label Assistant at HEXAGON. Currently, Arden is employed at Schooley Mitchell as an Engagement Specialist, focusing on developing and maintaining customer relationships during onboarding and implementing strategies for customer retention. They are also involved in streamlining operations and shortening the program delivery process. In 2022, Arden joined CLIQ Digital as a Customer Relations Administrator.

Arden Budding started their education journey in 2015 at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business Innovation. They completed this program in 2016. Later, Arden went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Music Management from the same university, specializing in Media Entertainment and Events. They completed this degree in 2021. Additionally, Arden obtained several certifications including Leadership Fundamentals, Leading and Working in Teams, New Manager Fundamentals, and Project Management Fundamentals from lynda.com in January 2015.
