Hoang-Minh Luu has a strong background in the gaming industry, with a range of roles spanning from 2005 to the present.
Starting in 2005, Luu worked as a Localisation/Functionality QA Tester at Babel Media. Moving on to Playlogic International in 2007, Luu took on the role of Product Support Services Manager. In this position, they managed the QA processes, bug databases, and vendor relationships for over 20 titles. Luu also served as the in-house submission specialist for Nintendo.
In 2010, Luu joined Playlogic Games as a Production Manager. They worked closely with the Executive Producer and CEO, handling tasks such as quality assurance, certification, localization/translation, age rating management, and game evaluation/business development.
Since 2015, Luu has been with CLIQ Digital. They initially worked as a Commercial Project Manager before advancing to the role of Senior Operations Manager CPay. Currently, Luu holds the position of Head of External Card Payments.

Hoang-Minh Luu has a diverse education history. In 1997, Luu attended Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye and completed a Baccalauréat Scientifique Option Internationale in the Scientific Series by the year 2000. Moving on, in 2000, Luu enrolled at the University of Sussex and pursued a Masters (MEng Honours) degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering, which was successfully completed in 2004. In 2017, Luu obtained certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org. This certification was further reinforced with the achievement of the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification in March 2017.
