What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage customer accounts, value definition, and customer expectations

  • Educate customers on Clir's products and services to get the most out of their subscription

  • Work with Customer Success Management, Business Development, and Product Management to drive customer discovery and internal communications around Clir's products, services, and future roadmap

  • Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities for up-sell and expansion

  • Cultivate cross-functional knowledge sharing

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience managing customer accounts, defining value, and aligning expectations in a customer-facing role

  • Strong technical background in renewable energy, particularly wind or solar energy projects or asset management

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate customers on technical concepts and Clir's products

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Business Development and Product Management

Bonus Points For

  • Certifications such as PMP, CEM, or other project management/energy-related credentials

  • Experience with AI or machine learning applications in renewable energy

  • Track record of identifying and executing up-sell or expansion opportunities

  • Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to Clir's global customer base

  • Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms used in energy asset management
