What You’ll Be Doing
Manage customer accounts, value definition, and customer expectations
Educate customers on Clir's products and services to get the most out of their subscription
Work with Customer Success Management, Business Development, and Product Management to drive customer discovery and internal communications around Clir's products, services, and future roadmap
Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities for up-sell and expansion
Cultivate cross-functional knowledge sharing
What You’ll Need
Proven experience managing customer accounts, defining value, and aligning expectations in a customer-facing role
Strong technical background in renewable energy, particularly wind or solar energy projects or asset management
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate customers on technical concepts and Clir's products
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Business Development and Product Management
Bonus Points For
Certifications such as PMP, CEM, or other project management/energy-related credentials
Experience with AI or machine learning applications in renewable energy
Track record of identifying and executing up-sell or expansion opportunities
Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to Clir's global customer base
Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms used in energy asset management
